This painting begins as an acrylic pour.  I accentuate the pour once dried and hand paint the owls and squirrel.   The colors are earthy and vibrant.  I like to leave lots of the initial pour details, such as lacing and cells.  The painting is finished with beautiful gloss sheen varnish.
